Shocking truth about beauty most women don't even think about

"Oh my god! I have a pimple! Let's cover it with a 1 centimeter thick make-up so that I won't be ugly no more!" or "Oh god! Look at those red/black/white/whatever spots! I should cover right away or my boyfriend won't love me no more!" ...and so on and so forth. If one of these quotes fits you just one single time, than you are in the women category which does not understand beauty at all and don't know what men are in to (Don't get it the wrong way, ok?...).

Be natural

When you put make-up, you look uglier than before, because you don't appear natural, you look plastic! Just like Barbie! Men don't like Barbies! Men like cars, action and football. If they wanted a Barbie, they would have bought one, but no! Instead, they wanted you; the real natural you. So, be natural!
Also, make-up destroys your skin, because it doesn't let it breath. It suffocates it and, in time, you will appear older and your skin will stop from glowing and from looking alive. So, you will die!...just kidding!
Your beauty is all about the skin (and my your attitude, but that is another story) and its health. That is determined only by nutrition. So take into consideration these next 4 key elements that you should include in your daily diet:

Water

Your skin needs to be hydrated, right? Well, water is the only natural way that can hydrate your body.

Fats

I am talking about the good fats, the unsaturated fats. These feed the epidermis, which is your skin's outer layer that works as a protection shield. They also prevent inflammation and keep acne away.
Include in your daily diet: wild caught fatty fish (mackerel, sardines, salmon, tuna), nuts (peanuts, walnuts etc.), seeds (flaxseed, sun-flower, pumpkin, chia) , olives.

Antioxidants

These are the main factors for purifying your skin and carrying out the toxins. They also repair damages from free radicals, such as make-up, and slow down aging. These are vitamins, phytonutrients, polyphenols and other micronutrients.
To keep it straight, include: green tea, dark leafy greens (spinach, salad etc.), red/orange vegetables and fruits (carrots, beetroot, grapefruit, blueberries, grapes, cherries etc.), beans, forest fruits (all the -berries), wild caught fatty fish, nuts.

Protein

I bet your beauty products contain L-Arginine. Do you know what it is? It's an aminoacid, a protein. Protein is our main building material. Protein builds our tissues.
So start eating protein rich food: fish, beef, turkey, chicken breast, eggs, cheese, beans. When I mention animal products, I am talking about ORGANIC and safe sources.

If you want to build something and want it to last, you need: material (protein), workers/builders (antioxidants), a road or something to carry all the materials to the workers (water) and protection/resistance so that the construction won't fall apart (fats).
