If you are an OREO lover, then you're gonna adore this recipe. Come on, it looks fantastic, without a lack of modesty. Not mention the taste...oh my god. And everything is homemade, every layer. I have to tell you that the best part of it, is the coconut and peanut butter flavor. Despite the fact that is delicious it is nutritious and healthy and I recommend it as a post-workout meal or as a breakfast.

  • 514 calories

  • 31 grams of protein

  • 4 grams of saturated fat

  • 18 grams of unsaturated fat

  • 23 grams of sugars

  • 23 grams of fibre


The crust (Layer 1):

  • 2 eggs

  • 300 grams of oats

  • 50 grams of cacao

  • 100 grams of coconut flakes

  • 300 milliliters of milk

  • 50 grams of brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

The cream (Layer 2):

  • 1 kilogram of low-fat or non-fat cream cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

  • 50 grams of brown sugar

The topping (Layer 3):

  • 200 grams of peanut butter or peanuts

  • 100 grams of cacao

  • 50 grams of brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of rum extract

  • 300 milliliters of milk


The crust (Layer 1):

  • Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius, mix well all the ingredients and pour the mixture in a baking pan lined up with baking sheet. Let bake for 10 minutes.

The cream (Layer 2):

  • Mix everything well and pour over the crust and put again in the oven for 15-20 minutes

  • When it's done baking, let it chill

The topping (Layer 3):

  • Mix it and pour over the cream, but only after the cream has cooled

  • In case you don't like or don't have the necessary ingredients, you can melt some chocolate and pour over the cream instead

  • Put it in the fridge and let it stand for a couple of hours or, even better, for 24 hours

  • Cut in squares and serve!
