How to wake up early without a clock

I think that the real problem is not how to wake up early without a clock, but how to wake up early, right? And I believe that when you read the title of this article you thought that it is a sham and that I am bluffin'. Well, let me tell that I haven't been setting up an alarm clock since april this year (2015) and I get up at 6:00 a.m., in the worst case, and I am fully energized and ready for a new day. Wanna now my secret?

How to wake up early without a clock

Make a schedule

The secret is to have quality sleep and you have it only if you program your circadian rhythm; that is you inner biological clock. You have to go to bed and wake up EVERY TIME, EVERY DAY, at the exact same hours...well, sort of...not really exactly, I mean, you could go to bed at 10:00 p.m. or 10:05 p.m. or somethin' like that.

Go to bed early

Another big problem right? Well, if you want to get up early, you have to go to bed early and that's that.

Don't have a late-night meal

Eating to late at night can ruin your sleep. Try to eat 2-3 hours before you go to bed and not later.

Watch your dinner

Not only a late-night dinner can destroy your sleep, but eavan a wrong dinner can. Make sure you don't have a big dinner and make sure that your dinner is focused on protein and not on carbs and sugars, which give you energy boost or fat which takes a lot of time to digest.

Skip the caffeine

Avoid any caffeine containing drinks or energy drinks 6 hours before you go to bed. Try a hot cup of herb tea or a hot glass of milk instead.

Move your but

Staying all day does not only make you fat, but it also keeps you from falling asleep or having a quality sleep. Walk, run, have a workout routine, anything but avoid sedentarism. Move everyday.

Practice yoga

I am a yoga one...deep right? Okay! So, really, try yoga before you go to bed or only try to relax and meditate and visualize that day which has ended. You will sleep like a baby and get up all powered up. Also, try listening some chillout music and jazz; you'll see the effects right away.

Leave "the blues" before bed

Period! Turn off TV, your phone, your tablet or any blue light source. It messes up with your circadian rhythm and you won't be able to go to bed, not to mention waking up early
