Alright, so this is it! This has been my breakfast for a whole year and I gotta tell you...IT IS FANTASTIC! It gives you the energy boost that you need in the morning and for the whole day and even cuts off your sugar cravings. It is best for a healthy lifestyle and is the easiest brownie recipe.

  • 20 grams of fibre

  • 4 eggs

  • 800 grams of oats

  • 50 grams of cacao

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

  • 1000 milliliters of milk

  • 100 grams of brown sugar or honey

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

  • Mix all the ingredients using a blender or a food processor. In case you do not have a food processor, mix all the ingredients until you achieve a homogeneous mixture;

  • Pour the mixture into a pan lined with baking paper and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes;

  • After it finished baking, let it chill and store it in the fridge;

  • Cut it in square bars and serve them as nutritious breakfast, that's what I recommend.

  • Enjoy!
