The Perfect Diet Part IV - Body Types

So, this is it. After 3 "episodes" about energy and hormones know it's time to end up with the perfect diet. I hope that by know everything is clear to you about energy, calories, and hormones, cause it is very important to understand how these work in able to understand the perfect diet which I will discuss in this article. But first, I must tell you about the body types. There are three main body types. Each one is determined by an organ that doesn't work properly. You might also hear about other types, such as Ectomorph (Adrenal), Endomorph (Thyroid), and Mesomorph (Pituitary), but their actually dictated by the same gland problems...

The perfect diet Part II - Energy and Hormones

So I mentioned in the first part of The Perfect Diet Series that the way your body preserves and uses its energy supplies (and many other important metabolic processes) is managed by hormones.
Ok now, just to be clear, I am not talking about sexual hormones, those that bomb teenagers, cause some people might be confused.
So, there are a couple of hormones that decide what to do when energy comes in and what to do when energy has to go out (to be consumed).
